We chose Piaggio Ape as our moving ambassador as it is itself a story of Italian icon and excellence. After the Vespa (Wasp) in 1946, Piaggio invented the Ape (Little Bee) in 1948 for transporting cargo. After 80 years, these 2 brands are still strong. Piaggio Ape is so endearing that it makes everyone wants to take a bite of what it offers.
We designed our GUZZI APE foodtruck with the same attitude as we have in our kitchen, only collaborating with artisanal suppliers and using the best ingredients (components). After all, ‘good begets good’.
We worked with Boscarelli, a family company with generations of passionate about converting classic Piaggio Ape to food truck with craftsmanship and creativity.
GUZZI APE foodtruck began its life with a 3D rendering of our imagination to ‘revolutionise event catering’.
We then equipped APE GUZZI foodtruck with top notch Fontana Marinara wood-oven that can empower your private pizza chef to cook pizza LIVE, bursting with unique flavour and perfect crust at your location.
To finish, we chose the signature colour crimson red that aligns with APE GUZZI’s personality: warm, convivial and its mission ‘Celebrate your moment’.
It takes 100 days from the inception to finish APE GUZZI foodtruck and... what a beauty!
